Hot Deals

All Hot Deals and promotions are subject to change without notice. Dates and length of promotions may change without notice. Please speak with your travel advisor for all current deals and promotions. Hot Deal Specific promotions and information contained within the Hot Deal is subject to change. All above bonuses are based on cruise line regulations, where applicable. Speak to a vacation specialist for details. 

Taxes

While cabin pricing is firm once you have made your deposit, the cruise line terms and conditions does make the amount of the taxes changeable. While rare, taxes can increase or decrease after you deposit. Valid only on reservations made by/with TravelPerks Dream Vacations. 

"Next to Nothing Deposit

"Next to Nothing Deposit" benefit is limited to sailings of three nights or longer booked at least 110 days prior to departure, and not valid on bookings requiring non-refundable deposits or final payment 110 days or more before departure. Sailing must depart within 18 months of the reservation date or the program service fee will be doubled. All deposits made under the Advanced Deposit Program as well as any service fees associated with the program are completely non-refundable. The amount of initial deposit must be paid 10 days prior to the date on which your final payment is due. If cancellation/rebooking occurs more than twice, the "Next to Nothing Deposit" benefit will become void and a full deposit will be required and the program service fees collected to date kept without refund.

"Cash Back" and "Ship Credit" Benefits

"Cash Back" and "Ship Credit" benefits are per stateroom and are not reflected in advertised prices; actual amount will vary and is based on your vacation’s base commissionable package price, minus, but not limited to, airfare, transfers, non-commissionable costs, and adjusted to be combined with other promotions, rate codes, supplier limits, and other factors as determined by TravelPerks Dream Vacations. The amount will be sent as late as 4 - 6 weeks after the end of the trip but is targeted to arrive sooner. At this time no redemption activity (completion of an online form, etc.) is required, but one may be required at any time, even after your reservation has been made.

"Shore Excursion" Benefits

"Shore Excursion" benefit is per stateroom and is not reflected in advertised prices. Valid for all excursions booked online through our website or the official links we provide. All benefits may be reduced or eliminated due to supplier rules and policies. Additional restrictions may apply to all benefits; please contact your dedicated agent for more information. 

General Terms

Price reductions, adjustments, and changes to a booking after initial deposit make all benefits subject to reduction and/or elimination at the sole discretion of TravelPerks Dream Vacations. 

All terms, conditions, and benefits can be changed at any time, without notice.


Contests

Intermittently, TravelPerks Dream Vacations will be running contests related to our office, tradeshow appearances and/or social media presence. Entering ANY Dream Vacations or TravelPerks Dream Vacations Contest, Giveaway or Sweepstakes is also providing consent to be added to our communications lists and receive promotional emails accordingly. Occasionally, contests and promotions require the entrant to stay subscribed (not opt-out or turn off) these emails to remain eligible.

OFFICIALRULES: DREAMVACATIONS CONTESTS

1. To Enter: No purchase necessary. Enter via Contest Entry Form or complete the official online registration form. Limit one entry per person unless otherwise noted. Dream Vacations, CruiseOne, Inc and World Travel Holdings are not responsible for telephone, network, electronic or computer failures of any kind, or for entries that are incomplete, garbled, delayed by mail or computer transmissions, misdirected or otherwise ineligible. All entries become the property of TravelPerks Dream Vacations and will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering a contest, entrants opt-in to receive promotional materials and/or emails from TravelPerks Dream Vacations. All Entries must be received before 11:59 pm Eastern Time on the night before the deadline.

2. Selection of Winner and Eligibility: Winner will be chosen on or soon after the Drawing Date listed in contest details in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winner will be notified by phone or email and announced at www.facebook.com/MyTravelPerks and on our website within 30 days of the drawing. Winner may be required to sign and return to Dream Vacations TravelPerks, an affidavit of eligibility and liability and publicity releases within 14 days of notification. A traveling companion of the Grand Prize Winner may be required to sign a liability and publicity release before ticketing. If any prize notification is undeliverable, or in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an alternate Winner may be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries.

3. Prize: Grand Prize is outlined in contest details for each applicable giveaway and is based on availability. The prize may not be exchanged with another ship or sail date, or exchanged in any way. Air transportation to and from the start city, non-commissionable funds, ground transfers, pre/post-hotel, taxes, fuel supplement, gratuities, shore excursions, and other personal expenditures are the responsibility solely of winner. Offer is not transferable and is not redeemable for cash or any other form of value-added compensation. No guests under the age of 21 will be booked in a stateroom unless accompanied by an adult age 25 years or older, except for married couples under the age of 21. Winner and travel companion are solely responsible for obtaining valid passports and any other documents necessary for international travel. Travel restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. Other restrictions may apply. Value not applicable toward any other cruise line departures. The Grand Prize is non-transferable and cannot be resold. The approximate retail value of the Grand Prize varies based on the giveaway.

4. Disclaimer: Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation in the Sweepstakes and/or the acceptance and/or use of any prize, and releases Dream Vacations TravelPerks Group, Dream Vacations, CruiseOne, Inc., Cruises Inc., World Travel Holdings, National Leisure Group and their respective officers, directors, and employees from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use Winner’s name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation. All federal, state, provincial and local laws and regulations apply. Contest open to residents of the United States only. Void in any jurisdiction(s) in the United States where participation is prohibited.
